What data are
required for a quote?
The more detailed you can describe your printing /
packaging project, the faster and more precise we can submit
you our quote. In principle however we need your input to the
following points:
- Project definition
- Dimensions, materials and
weights, number of printing colors, specialties
- Quantities
- Required date of delivery

It is
specifically helpful, if you can provide us with an
actual or comparable product sample.
What
digital software programs are accepted?
Our partner suppliers are working with the following
software:

- Adobe InDesign

For reasons of compatibility we recommend
to work within the mentioned software.
Furthermore we prefer the software
versions of Apple Macintosh.
What are the transfer media for the digital files?
The best and safest way is to send us
your digital files on a CD-ROM. This way certainly no data can
get lost during the transfer.
What are the minimum order
quantities?
We do not have minimum order quantities
as such.
However the well-known rule of the higher
the quantity the lower the cost per unit gets even further
reinforced by the transportation costs, where the charges per
unit also fall with increased volumes.
Since every project is somehow different,
we recommend that you submit us your task and we will quote
you several quantities.
How long is the
lead time?
Two issues have an impact here: The
actual production as well as the freight.
The production time has to be calculated
on a case-by-case basis. Our lead-time is calculated in days
after receiving the final print proof respectively the
confirmed purchase order.
- Sea freight to Europe takes
roughly a month.
- Air freight to Europe
requires 2-3 days (including customs clearance).
- Courier delivery to
Europe (max.
25kg/box) arrives
within 2-3 days at your doorstep.

What are the delivery terms?
If you have your own forwarding agent, we
will handover your goods FOB Bangkok to your forwarding agent.
Should you wish, we can organize the
delivery of your products all the way to your doorstep.
What are the payment
terms?
Our standard payment terms are:

50%
deposit together with the accepted print proof,
respectively the confirmed purchase order

50%
balance payment prior to the dispatch of the final
products

Facilitated payment terms for
regular customers are possible.
Our clients can choose whether to
make payments to our company bank account in Switzerland.or
in Thailand.
